RETURNS POLICY
Buci – Returns & Refund Policy
1. Right to Cancel (“CoolingOff Period”)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please notify us in writing (by email to store@drinkbuci.com) within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
3. Who Pays for Returns
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.
In the event of damage on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the cost of the return.
4. How to Return
Please ensure that goods are returned:
In their original packaging (If possible)
Unused (beyond what’s necessary to inspect the item)
In a resalable condition
We recommend using a tracked service as you're responsible for the goods until they reach us.
5. Refund Process
Once we’ve received your returned item (or proof of return), we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will include the original cost of the goods and the standard delivery fee (if paid), but will not include return shipping unless the item was damaged or faulty.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
6. Deductions for Use
We may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, in line with your statutory rights.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, misdescribed, or damaged on arrival:
You’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days
After 30 days (and up to 6 months), we will offer a replacement in the first instance
If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances
In all cases of damage or fault, we will cover the cost of returns.
8. Items Excluded from Cancellation
The right to cancel does not apply to:
Perishable items (including any opened drinks)
Sealed items where the seal has been broken and the item cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
Personalised or custom items
Mixed or inseparably combined goods once delivered
